Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov chaired a meeting of the Commission for Civil Service and Management Personnel Pool.
The meeting discussed the suggestions from the Government to improve the system of payment and social guarantees for civil servants prepared to implement Presidential Executive Order of May 7, 2012 On Main Directions of Developing the System of Public Administration.
The meeting also addressed new approaches to creating and working with the management personnel pool under the patronage of the President, as well as personal and professional assessment technologies and selection procedure for candidates to the management personnel pool under the President of Russia’s patronage.
