Vladimir Putin signed Instruction On the Russian Federation State Council Presidium, in accordance with which a rotation in the Presidium’s membership has been carried out.
The President also signed Executive Order On Amendment to the Regulation on the Russian Federation State Council, approved by Presidential Executive Order No. 1602 of September 1, 2000.
The Executive Order raises the number of State Council Presidium members from eight to nine.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov has joined the new State Council Presidium.
