The President of Russia signed an Executive Order relieving Vyacheslav Volodin of his duties as First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office.
The Executive Order comes into force on October 5, 2016.
With another Executive Order, Vladimir Putin appointed Sergei Kiriyenko First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office, relieving him from his previous post.
