Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin chaired the first meetings of the working subgroups to prepare a joint meeting of the State Council and the Commission for Monitoring Targeted Socioeconomic Development Achievement Indicators to discuss the measures to implement the presidential executive orders on the socioeconomic development of Russia.
The State Council working group comprises subgroups on three major topics: the System for Independent Assessment of the Performance of Organisations Providing Social Services; Rendering Government and Municipal Services via Integrated Government Service Centres and Introducing a Mechanism for Assessing Their Quality; Resolving the Issue of Relocating Residents of Dilapidated Housing.
The subgroup members discussed the tentative results of the independent assessment of organisations that render social services in education, healthcare, culture and social security, remaining problems, and the performance of the bus.gov.ru internet portal which posts information on government and municipal bodies.
Issues related to improving service quality at integrated government service centres were discussed, as were the introduction of IT and the application of e-government infrastructure for rendering government and municipal services, and the work on eliminating dilapidated housing in the country.
Members of the working subgroups added their proposals to the concept for the joint report. The proposals were reviewed by Presidential Aide and Deputy Chair of the Commission for Monitoring Targeted Socioeconomic Development Achievement Indicators Andrei Belousov.
