Head of the Presidential Directorate for the Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional Rights Tatyana Lokatkina chaired a meeting of the Directorate’s expert council.
The meeting was attended by heads of research institutions, rectors of Russian higher education institutions, as well as leading lawyers in constitutional and civil law and state building.
During the meeting, experts’ proposals on improving the provisions of the draft law on granting asylum on the territory of the Russian Federation were discussed.
