Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order appointing Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Federal District Alexander Beglov Chairman of the Presidential Council for Cossack Affairs.
The President gave Mr Beglov a month to submit his proposals on the Council’s membership in accordance with the established procedure.
