Vladimir Putin signed executive orders awarding the 2015 Presidential Prize for young cultural workers and the 2015 Presidential Prize for writing and art for children and young people.
Presidential Adviser Vladimir Tolstoy announced the winners’ names at a special briefing.

Having examined the proposals made by the Presidential Council for Culture and the Arts, the President has awarded the 2015 Presidential Prize for young cultural workers and conferred the honorary title of laureate of this prize to the following recipients:
Vladislav Lavrik, musician, for his contribution to developing traditions and promoting brass music;
Yevgenia Lotsmanova, artist, for her contribution to developing the Russian art of illustration;
Yelena Cheburashkina, designer, for her contribution to developing Russian design and art education.

Alexander Borodin, artistic director of Moscow’s Russian Academic Youth Theatre, for his contribution to developing Russian theatre arts;
Alexander Boyarsky, producer, Konstantin Bronzit, animated film director, Sergei Selyanov, producer, for their contribution to developing Russian animated films;
Yury Entin, poet, for his contribution to developing Russian writing for children.
