Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the winners of the 2017 World Summer Universiade in Taipei in men’s 10m springboard event Nikita Shleikher and Roman Izmailov.
The message reads, in part:
“You have convincingly proved that you possess a high level of mastery, refined technique and the ability to set your mind on the result, and you delivered the first gold medal of the Russian team at the 2017 World Summer Universiade.”
