Vladimir Putin sent a message of congratulations to Alexei Bugayev, gold medallist in the men’s standing super combined event at the 2018 Winter Paralympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.
The message reads, in part:
“Your hard work, self-belief and your strength were the foundation of your triumph in PyeongChang and allowed you to get the better of serious rivals and convincingly affirm your leadership in Paralympic alpine skiing.”
