The President congratulated Russia’s national synchronised swimming team on winning the artistic swimming technical event at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South of Korea.
The message reads, in part:
“You showed a strong will and character, as well as real team spirit. You performed perfectly and precisely the most difficult technical programme, getting the better of your eminent rivals. This victorious performance justified the hopes of your coaches, numerous fans and admirers of your sporting talent.”
