Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova chaired a regular meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Disabled.
The Commission members discussed the development of comprehensive medical care and rehabilitation for individuals with spinal cord disabilities, the use of assistive technology in the electoral process, and the development of audio description – a form of audio-visual translation used to assist blind or visually impaired individuals – in sports and culture.
Corresponding instructions have been issued following the discussion.
