“It was with profound sorrow that I learned of the tragedy in Konya that has caused many victims, and I was especially saddened by the deaths of children”, Mr Medvedev said in his telegram. “Please accept my sincere condolences and pass on my expression of sympathy to the victims’ families and my wishes for a speedy recovery to all who were injured.”
