The President’s order approves the Russian Government’s proposal to sign the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 13, 2006.
The order instructs the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to sign the convention on behalf of the Russian Federation.
