Mr Medvedev instructed Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Minister for Emergency Situations Sergei Shoigu and Minister for Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliyev to organize humanitarian aid for those affected by the escalation of the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict and make the necessary financial and technical provisions.
