Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The federal law aims to protect children’s rights and interests, as well as to prevent cases when one of the parents misuses his or her rights to the detriment of the child’s interests and the interests of the other parent. To this end amendments have been introduced to the Family Code, the Administrative Offences Code and the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
