Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions issued following a meeting on organisation of summer holidays for children and teenagers of May 3, 2011.
The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to ensure that uniform requirements to drawing up registers of organisations engaged in organising holidays and rehabilitation for children and teenagers are worked out along with methodical recommendations for such organisation, and to consider introducing special food purchasing requirements to organisations engaged in organising holidays and rehabilitation for children and teenagers.
Individual instructions concern the organisation and implementation of international children’s exchanges at the Orlyonok and Smena children’s centres on the Black Sea coast in Krasnodar Territory) and Okean children’s centre (on the Pacific coast in Primorye Territory), as well as improving the infrastructure at these centres.
