Dmitry Medvedev signed Executive Order On Monitoring Enforcement of Laws in Practice in Russia.
The law envisages involvement in the monitoring process of the Government, courts, prosecutors and other bodies of state power, as well as of civil society institutions and media.
The monitoring shall be performed in line with the schedule to be approved by the Government and an annual report on the monitoring results shall be submitted to the President.
