Dmitry Medvedev supported the initiative of Alisher Usmanov and his partners to establish a fund of 1 billion rubles for the victims in South Ossetia.
At the meeting they also discussed the investments of Russian business abroad. The President reiterated that when investing funds outside of Russia the state will provide political support.
