Accredited journalists will enter the Kremlin via the Kutafya Tower from 01.00 pm till 04.30 pm provided that they are carrying a passport (foreign journalists must also have Russian Foreign Ministry valid accreditation).

03.00 pm – meeting of the EurAsEC Interstate Council/Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in restricted format;
04.30 pm — meeting of the EurAsEC Interstate Council/Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in expanded format;
05.30 pm – news conference by President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev.
Events will be broadcast on television in the summits’ international press centre.
