Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants and guests at the TEFI national television award ceremony.
The President’s message reads, in part:
“This event traditionally brings together the finest professionals in television and those taking their first steps as directors, screenwriters, producers and cameramen. What’s most important is that TEFI award winners are all bright, gifted people.
Today, we have a particular need for media products that can not only entertain and inform us, but also contribute to our intellectual, spiritual and moral development. I am certain that with your help, we will be seeing more and more programmes of this kind on our channels.”
