The package includes a draft federal law ”On Anti-Corruption“, a draft law amending Russian legislation in connection with the ratification of the UN Convention Against Corruption of 31 October 2003 and the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption of 27 January 1999, as well as changes in connection with the adoption of the law ”On Anti-Corruption“.
In addition, amendments will be made to the constitutional law ”On Government“, and the status of judges, members of legislative bodies of state power and organs of local self-government, members of electoral commissions, management and auditors of the Audit Chamber, and members of the Central Bank will be clarified in a number of legislative acts.
