The law establishes mandatory requirements for the production of fruit and vegetable juices, including imports, in Russia. It specifies requirements concerning production, treatment, storage and transport. There are also requirements concerning raw materials and additives, safety, the nutritional value of juices, consumption by children, state registration and state control with respect to these products.
