The telegram of condolences reads, in particular:
“It was with deep sorrow that we learned of the series of earthquakes in the province of Baluchistan that have wounded and killed so many people and caused the destruction of villages and infrastructure. Please convey our sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of those who died and our wishes for a swift recovery to those who were wounded.”
More than two hundred people died as a result of the natural disaster in Pakistan.
