The Governor informed the President about the implementation of housing and industrial construction programmes in the region.

The President stressed that one cannot cut back on housing construction. Despite financial difficulties, it is necessary to keep to the planned targets, Dmitry Medvedev said. He added that when specific problems arise it is possible to help construction organisations by providing them with credit, including financial credit, to enable them to finish projects that are underway.
