Dmitry Medvedev appointed Elvira Nabiullina Deputy Director from the Russian Federation in the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, and relieved German Gref of his duties

Elvira Nabiullina is currently Economic Development Minister of the Russian Federation (as of May 2008) and was Economic Development and Trade Minister of Russia from 2007 to 2008.

German Gref was head of the Economic Development and Trade Ministry until September 2007.
