Mr Medvedev and Mr Brown discussed preparations for the G-20 summit on the world financial crisis in Washington on November 15. Both leaders noted the importance of coordinating each others’ positions in the run-up to this important event.

Mr Medvedev and Mr Brown also spoke about bilateral relations and gave a positive assessment of recent bilateral contacts at various levels, noted the importance of keeping the dialogue going and agreed to continue contacts soon.
