President signed a decree On Some Issues Related to the Work of the Interdepartmental Commission on the Implementation of the State Programme for Helping Compatriots Living Abroad Voluntarily Move to the Russian Federation.
The document defines the structure of the Commission and appoints Regional Development Minister Viktor Basargin its chairman. The Commission will include representatives of several ministries, departments and both chambers of the Federal Assembly.
