Participants discussed Russia's economic development in light of the global financial crisis and measures to overcome it, including in the context of the forthcoming United Russia party congress.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, head of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Naryshkin, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Deputy Prime Minister and Government Chief of Staff Sergei Sobyanin, Minister of Economic Development Elvira Nabiullina, Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich, and Chairman of the Russian Central Bank Sergei Ignatyev.
