The message said, in part:
“During the 10 years of the treaty, tangible results have been achieved in strengthening and expanding Russian-Turkish relations in the political, trade, economic and other fields. The treaty provided a starting point for the successful work to develop a many-sided partnership between our countries.”
The President expressed confidence that, proceeding from the rich experience of bilateral cooperation, Russia and Turkey would continue to contribute to the cause of peace and stability.
