In compliance with the decree, judges and officials with federal courts of general jurisdiction performing their duties on the territory of the Chechen Republic, as well as the staff of the judicial department of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic, are entitled to receive additional payment to their salary for the specific working conditions in Chechnya, which amounts to 100% of their salary.
