During his meeting with the Spanish King, who was on a personal visit to Moscow, President Putin said the countries had recently signed eight inter-governmental and five ministerial agreements. The President said the cultural ties between the countries were progressing.

They also discussed bilateral relations and a number of international issues that were relevant for both Russia and Spain.

President Putin and the Spanish King walked around the Kremlin, and later continued their talks.
