The Russian President and the Slovenian Prime Minister discussed various aspects of economic and cultural cooperation and relevant international issues.
They discussed the situation in the Balkan region, the situation in Macedonia and the Bosnian settlement. Mr Putin and Mr Drnovsek also exchanged views on the prospects for the enlargement of the European Union in connection with the problem of supplies and transport for the Russian region of Kaliningrad.
