At the meeting, the liberalisation of the currency sphere was one of the topics discussed. President Putin said that Russia’s removal from the FATF “black list” was the result of the coordinated work by the Government and the State Duma. The President stressed that the whole package of the necessary laws had been adopted, and a Financial Monitoring Committee established and its mechanism set in motion.
