The President asked the participants in the meeting to express gratitude to the heads of Russia’s Regions and regional legislatures, who had adopted the only right position: to support the consolidation of the Russian society and to maintain law and order in the country.
He said people who came to Moscow from Russian regions were also among the victims of the hostage crisis. The head of state called on the Federation Council to join the efforts to provide help to these people.
