The letter said, in part:

“Russia praises your huge personal contribution, which goes together with all your inherent energy, to strengthening strategic partnership between our nations and broadening bilateral cooperation to provide stability and security in Central Asia.

“The close friendship, alliance and multi-faceted cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan are advancing in the interests of our nations, and promote deepening integration within the Commonwealth of Independent States, EurAsEC, and the Collective Security Treaty Organisation.”
