The state has an interest in effective special services ready to fulfil the most complex tasks. This referred not to abstract notions, but specifically to the country’s integrity and the protection of people from criminals and lawlessness, the President stressed. Apart from this, the special services must ensure the legal and predictable development of business in this country, he said.
