Speaking at the ceremony, President Putin congratulated musicians and classical music lovers on the event. He thanked the builders for giving the city and country such a fine centre. The President noted that in recent years more and more theatres and cultural centers were being built in Russia, which was evidence of a return to the values that make up the spiritual core of Russian society.
