At about 2:30 pm an explosion shook the Government House in Grozny. Dozens of people were killed in the attack.

President Putin ordered Emergencies Minister Sergei Shoigu and the Federal Security Service leadership to take all possible measures to provide help to those who suffered in the terrorist attack in Grozny.
