The letter said, in part, that the past year had seen progress in relations between our two countries in all fields of activity based on the firm foundation of the inter-state treaty. The Russian-Chinese strategic partnership has become a strong factor in strengthening peace and stability, and setting up a multi-polar, fair world order.
The president expressed the hope that cooperation between Russia and China would steadily deepen for the benefit of both countries and peace and security in the world.
