Mr Putin instructed Mr Ustinov to take the investigation into the death of State Duma deputy Sergei Yushenkov under special control.
In the course of the meeting, Mr Ustinov also informed Mr Putin about the investigation of an accident in Volgograd, where 28 schoolchildren suffered from gas poisoning following a gas leak at one of the oil refineries.
