President Putin attended the premiere of a new production of Mikhail Glinka’s opera “Ruslan and Lyudmila” at the Bolshoi Theatre.
Before the performance, he had a meeting with artistic personalities, including Bolshoi Theatre general director Anatoly Iksanov, Bolshoi Theatre musical director Alexander Vedernikov, Mariinsky Theatre artistic director Valery Gergiev, and Moscow Conservatoire professor of composition Tikhon Khrennikov.
