The treaty has laid a good base for predictable and stable interaction, said President Putin.

During bilateral talks in the Kremlin prior to the signing of the document, the two leaders outlined ways to solve issues that have accumulated over recent years more effectively and to both countries’ advantage. The heads of state confirmed their intention to make additional efforts to expand mutually beneficial cooperation.

Relations between the two countries have become closer and are more predictable.
