At a meeting with representatives of U.S. business circles, the Russian President said on the new system of issuing visas that there is a boundary which goes beyond commonsense. Even the war on such a serious threat as terrorism does not justify the introduction of new rules, said Vladimir Putin.

Vladimir Putin stressed that he knows by experience how the special services work. To organize professional work of the special services, a great deal needs to be done, but nothing should be done to create a “storm in a teacup”.

The President appealed to the “captains” of American business to use their influence on the administrative apparatus, which does not want to work effectively, and only wants to show its activity and interfere with real interaction between people.
