To achieve positive results, it is necessary to do a great deal in both inter-budget relations, the Russian President says. Financial and administrative powers should be restricted, among other things.

Vladimir Putin stressed, that in deciding systematic tasks of the village the most important is increasing the quality of life, and called for everything possible to be done to remove administrative barriers that hinder the development of rural territories.
