The message said, in part:

“The modern history of Russian-Mongolian relations shows the development of bilateral cooperation in all spheres, and the strengthening of relations on regional and international levels.”

Mr Putin also praised the solution of Mongolia’s debt problem and noted: “this provides a solid base for the further development of bilateral relations in all spheres, including investments.”
