President Vladimir Putin met with Sergei Abramov, the acting President of Chechnya and Chairman of the Republican Government

The death of the President of Chechnya must not be allowed to affect the life of the people in the Republic, President Putin stressed.

Mr Abramov assured the President that all the plans for the development of the Republic would be implemented.
