Changes have been introduced to the Code on Administrative offences, and the Federal Law “On the securities market”. The Federal law was adopted in order to reinforce the responsibility of those active in the financial markets for breaches of regulations governing information use and disclosure and the keeping of documents, and also their liability in cases of illegal equity securities trading, dishonest issuing of securities and other law infringements in this area.
