The telegram reads:

”The people of Russia mourn along with their Ukrainian brothers for the victims of the tragedy at the Krasnolimanskaya mine.

The miners died tragically, who had chosen a courageous, difficult and vitally necessary profession.

I sincerely hope that the people who are now carrying out rescue operations will be successful. I ask to pass on my words of support and my condolences to the families of friends of those who died or were injured in the accident.“
