Mr Trutnyev said that some fifteen major companies have a month to present new mineral resource use license agreements.
The new license agreements must clearly indicate the deadline for starting operations at the deposits and a breakdown of production volumes by year.
The President asked that the Ministry ensure that the same rules for checking compliance with license agreements are applied to all mineral resource user companies.
