The last farewell ceremony took place at the regional administration headquarters. The President laid a bouquet of red carnations at the foot of Mr Guzhvin’s coffin. He placed the bouquet beside a stand on which were laid out Mr Guzhvin’s many state awards including the Order for Services to the Fatherland, the Peoples’ Friendship Order, medals for his military services and more than 10 other orders and medals.
